On 15 July 2021, Nikhil Rathi unveiled his first Business Plan as the FCA’s Chief Executive.
In his speech, Nikhil set out our role in a post-Covid, post-Brexit and increasingly post-carbon economy. He also explained how we will keep pace with technological change that is shifting the relationship between consumers and firms, how we will adjust to economic challenges and a growing remit.
Taking place over an hour, this virtual session was introduced by our Chairman, Charles Randell and the Q&A was chaired by Emma Stranack, Head of Business and Consumer Communications.
