Climate change and sustainability are increasingly affecting listed companies, regulated firms and consumers. Financial services and markets have an important role to play in the transition to a more sustainable future.

We held a Sustainability TechSprint on 18 – 20 October with the aim to promote new solutions and proof of concepts to some of the challenges faced by regulators in the area of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data and disclosure.

Following the three-day TechSprint, the solutions were showcased at our Demo Day on 21 October to a panel of expert judges and global audience. In addition, we heard from senior FCA leaders and experts who will bring to life the challenges that regulators and industry face when considering how ESG reporting and data will evolve.
