We hosted a webinar and Q&A session on Thursday, 22 September 2022 at 10:00am to give insolvency practitioners, lawyers, and consultants an understanding of when and how to engage with us and the type of behaviours we expect from them.  

Our aim was to help advisors give informed advice and act quicker when dealing with regulated firms that are experiencing financial difficulties and help insolvency practitioners who are appointed as office holders to deliver good outcomes for all stakeholders. 

During this webinar we also touched on our guidance for insolvency practitioners on how to approach regulated firms (FG21/4) and recent guidance on our approach to compromises for regulated firms (FG22/4).
