Our aim is to help FCA regulated firms anticipate and address potential financial promotional breaches.

We shared examples of some typical concerns around financial promotion we uncovered in our Early Oversight work and how we worked with firms to address these. We will also took questions during the event.

By the end of this session, firms should have a better understanding of how to start out on the right foot, minimise the need for regulatory intervention and provide customers with clear information which is fair, clear and not misleading.
