The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) jointly ran an Authorised Push Payment (APP) Fraud TechSprint from 27 – 29 September 2022.   

The TechSprint offered an opportunity for us as regulators to work collaboratively with industry participants to better understand the technological solutions that might be available in the market, the way in which useful data could be shared, as well as possible gaps and barriers.

On the afternoon of 29 September, the TechSprint teams will shared their proposed solutions with a panel of expert judges and a global audience at our Demo Showcase.

In addition, there was a keynote speech from Michael Levy, Proffesor of Criminology, and closing remarks from Jessica Rusu, Chief Data, Information and Intelligence Officer, FCA.
